Booking Process
When you book a tour or activity through DubrovnikTickets:
1. **Selection**: Choose your tour, date, and number of participants 2. **Payment**: Complete secure payment through our platform 3. **Confirmation**: Receive instant booking confirmation via email 4. **Voucher**: Your confirmation serves as your booking voucher
Present your booking confirmation (printed or digital) at the meeting point on the day of your activity.
Pricing
All prices displayed on DubrovnikTickets:
- Include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Are shown in the currency indicated on the listing
- May vary based on season, date, or availability
- Are subject to change until booking is confirmed
Special offers and discounts are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless specified.

Standard Cancellation Policy

**No-Show**: If you fail to arrive at the meeting point, no refund will be issued.

How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Modifications
Need to change your booking?
- **Date changes**: Subject to availability and operator approval
- **Participant changes**: Contact us as soon as possible
- **Tour changes**: May require cancellation and rebooking

Weather-Related Cancellations
If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to weather:

Operator Cancellations
In the rare event an operator cancels a tour:
- You will be notified as soon as possible
- You will receive a full refund
- We will assist you in finding an alternative if available
DubrovnikTickets is not liable for cancellations made by operators but will support you in resolving any issues.
Special Circumstances
For cancellations due to:
- Medical emergencies
- Travel disruptions beyond your control
- Family emergencies
Please contact us with supporting documentation. We will work with operators to find a fair resolution.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen circumstances.
