DubrovnikTickets is a booking platform that connects travelers with tour operators in and around Dubrovnik, Croatia. We act as an intermediary and are not the direct provider of tours and activities.
All tours and activities listed on our platform are operated by independent local partners ("Operators"). DubrovnikTickets facilitates bookings but does not operate, control, or supervise the actual tours.
Booking and Payment
When you make a booking through our platform:
- You enter into a contract with the Operator providing the service
- Payment is processed securely through our platform
- You will receive a confirmation email with booking details
- Prices are displayed in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes
- Additional fees may apply for certain services as indicated
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by tour and Operator. General guidelines:
- Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before the activity
- Specific cancellation terms are shown on each tour listing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Weather-related cancellations by Operators will receive full refunds
- No-shows are generally non-refundable

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when booking
- Arrive at meeting points on time
- Follow safety instructions from Operators
- Respect other participants and staff
- Have appropriate travel documents (passport/ID) for international tours

Limitation of Liability
DubrovnikTickets acts as an intermediary and is not liable for:
- Actions, errors, or omissions of Operators
- Personal injury or property damage during tours
- Tour cancellations or changes made by Operators
- Weather-related issues affecting tours
- Loss of personal belongings
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DubrovnikTickets or its content providers and is protected by copyright laws.
